    With the prosperous development of various industries and fields, metal equipment, tools and products will be used in many places. And metal objects like steel often undergo a process of being corroded.
  Because the moisture in the air has a certain effect on these metals, many steel materials are affected by some external factors, and their lifespan will be shortened. For this reason, many manufacturers are worried about this problem. In order to extend the life of steel structure products, they have sought ways to protect steel. The hot-dip galvanizing process meets the needs of customers in many aspects.
  What is the effect of hot-dip galvanizing? I want to know if it can really strengthen the protection of steel. In fact, hot-dip galvanizing can cover a layer of metallic zinc liquid on the surface of metal materials such as steel, so that it will not be oxidized and corroded.
  Many communications and transportation industries are hot-dip galvanizing objects made of steel, which can extend the service life of products and reduce the frequency of replacement.
  The hot-dip galvanizing processing unit adopts the process of blowing outside first and then inside. Compared with the domestic process of drawing galvanized steel pipe on the roll, this process can obtain better galvanized quality and reduce zinc consumption and energy consumption.
  This is because the galvanized steel pipe is attracted and transported away under the magnetic roller, and the surface of the pure zinc layer after the zinc is blown on the outside will not be squeezed out of zinc dust spots by the roller surface. Second, the external blowing nozzles are installed above the end of the galvanized pot, and the zinc droplets that are blown can immediately return to the galvanized pot.
  The "wet method" hot-dip galvanizing is to put the flux (mainly sodium chloride + zinc chloride) in a special bottomless flux box on the surface of the zinc liquid, and the steel pipe must be entered from the flux box before the zinc solution , After being dipped in flux, it enters into the zinc bath below and is drawn out after galvanizing. The process system is as follows:

  flux temperature: 300-350℃;

  zinc liquid temperature: 450-470℃;

  allowable higher iron content in zinc liquid: 0.05%;

  Dipping time: 20-60 seconds.
