A business park in Colombia needed additional reception space to create a modern business reception area. Therefore, they procured a batch of prefabricated reception rooms. Wanzhi Steel completed the entire process from order confirmation to ocean delivery in just 38 days. The project perfectly met the pre-opening reception needs. This collaboration was very smooth and successful; details are as follows.

Client Background
The client is a business park operator in Bogotá, Colombia. Their new project required several sets of quickly assembled business meeting spaces. They contacted us after searching “20-foot mobile prefabricated house” and “quick-assemble prefab house” on Google and reviewing our South American collaborative projects. Initially, they were concerned about the challenges posed by temperature fluctuations and strong winds, so we immediately sent them test reports and provided a customized interior design. After two rounds of optimization, the client finally confirmed the order.

Project Production Process
1. Frame fabrication: Cut and weld hot-dip galvanized C-shaped purlins into a 20-foot and 40ft standard container base;
2. Enclosure Installation: 100mm thick PU sandwich panels are pre-installed on the frame, with sound insulation cotton and doors/windows embedded simultaneously;
3. Interior Configuration: LED ceiling lights are installed, and PVC flooring is laid, completing the integrated assembly of a single unit.
4. Pre-testing: Each unit undergoes shrink-expansion testing to ensure smooth wing deployment and structural stability.

Quality Inspection
Adhering to the ISO 9001 system, all key processes are fully inspected:
1. Structural Inspection: Frame wind resistance rating ≥12, extension locking structure load-bearing capacity ≥500kg.
2. Weathering Inspection: Sandwich panels show no rust after 48 hours of salt spray testing, PVDF coating shows UV aging resistance rating of 4.
3. Functional Inspection: Sliding windows open and close smoothly, sound insulation cotton shows a measured sound insulation level ≥40dB.
4. Visual Inspection: Sandwich panel surface is free of scratches, interior trim has no installation defects.

Packaging and Shipping
1. Packaging
Each house is shrunk to the size of a standard shipping container, with a protective film covering the surface and foam padding for critical parts of the frame.
2. Transportation
Three houses are packed into one 40-foot high cube container and shipped by sea to the port of Buenaventura; customs clearance documents are provided in advance, and logistics are tracked throughout the process. Upon arrival at the port, assistance is provided to the client in connecting with the local installation team, and an extended installation operation manual is provided.
