Client Background
This client, a Hong Kong-based builder, won a two-year infrastructure project. To address the accommodation needs of hundreds of construction workers, they required the rapid construction of a centrally managed temporary living area. This area also needed to be fireproof, environmentally friendly, and safe. The client considered prefabricated modular housing and, after comparing factory sizes and delivery times online, chose to partner with us.

Project Production Process
1. Design and Drawings
Utilize the BIM system based on customer needs to generate 3D models, and break them down into production drawings and bills of materials.
2. Frame welding
Galvanized steel sheets are cut using a laser cutting machine; the main steel frame is assembled using automated welding equipment.
3. Wall panel and roof composite
Class A fireproof rock wool is filled between two layers of steel plates to form a sandwich panel; continuous linear pressing equipment is used for composite bonding to ensure heat insulation and fireproof performance.
4. Internal integration and pre-installation
The pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines, and the installation of sockets and lighting systems, are completed within the framework; the bathroom chassis and waterproofing system are assembled and tested before leaving the factory.
5. Quality inspection and trial assembly
Each module undergoes structural strength, electrical safety, and water-tightness tests; individual modules are randomly selected for trial assembly in the factory.
6. Surface treatment and marking
The outer surface is coated with an anti-corrosion coating in the color specified by the customer; modules and components are numbered and matched with the packing list and installation diagram.

Waterproof and sealed packaging is achieved using moisture-proof paper and high-strength stretch film, with corner protectors added to the edges and corners.
