Project Production
We select high-quality galvanized steel sheet (DX51D+AZ50) as the substrate to ensure the adhesion of the subsequent coating. The production process involves: steel coil uncoiling → cleaning and degreasing → double-sided PVDF roller coating → rolling → shearing with a flying shear → finished product inspection → covering with scratch-resistant PE film → bundling and packaging.
Finished Product Inspection
Precise measurement of crest height and pitch is performed. Each sheet undergoes inspection for color difference, paint film thickness, adhesion, and sheet thickness/width/length. Salt spray testing, bending test, and yield strength testing are also conducted.
