Introduction
One-bedroom and one-bathroom container houses are prefabricated homes with a floor area of 20 or 40 feet. They are typically expandable on one or both sides, can be quickly folded and installed, and integrate a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen into a single space. They are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and easy to transport, making them ideal for temporary residences, shops, offices, and guesthouses.
All components are prefabricated in our factory using a hot-dip galvanized steel frame and metal sandwich wall panels. Hardware includes doors, windows, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and electrical outlets. We accept high levels of customization; please send us your requirements.

- 20-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit: 3m (width) x 6m (length), with an internal usable space of approximately 18 square meters. Suitable for small families or single individuals.
- 40-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit: Can be single-story or extended to 20 feet, with an external length of approximately 12m, width of 2.44m, and height of 2.59-2.9m, and an internal usable area of approximately 30 square meters. Increases living room and kitchen space.
