Wanzhi Steel 40-foot expandable houses include conventional double-wing and flat-top double-wing types, with an unfolded area of 73m² and 76m² respectively, which can accommodate 6-8 people.

- Exterior wall: 75mm fireproof EPS purification board/rock wool board
- Partition wall: 50mm fireproof EPS purification board/rock wool board
- Window: 8 thermally-insulated aluminum glass windows + 1 (930*930mm/door)
- Appearance: color steel plate exterior wall
- Floor decoration material: SPC stone plastic floor
- Pipeline: hot and cold pipes, drainage pipes, sewage pipes
