Prefab Glass Container House Basic Configuration
Includes a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, single/double-layer tempered glass walls, roof (metal sandwich panel or glass skylight), door and window system, flooring system, electrical wiring, plumbing, seals, and hardware (door locks and hinges, glass fixing clips).
The basic configuration does not include soft furnishings, customized equipment (such as smart door locks and sunshades), or kitchen and bathroom appliances. These can be added later.
Upgrade 20ft–40ft Luxury Glass Container House
- The glass can be upgraded to Low-E double-glazed tempered glass (electric frosted glass optional).
- The hot-dip galvanized steel structure can be upgraded to an aluminum alloy frame.
- Non-glass walls can be upgraded to Class A fire-resistant thick rock wool/polyurethane sandwich panels.
- The steel security door can be upgraded to a thermally broken aluminum entrance door/panoramic glass sliding door.
- An electric skylight can be added to the roof, and the sliding windows can be upgraded to thermally broken aluminum casement windows.
- The interior features a suspended ceiling with LED downlights/spotlights.
