A Spanish client purchased eight 30ft prefabricated homes from us to solve their resort accommodation needs. Wanzhi Steel shipped these in four 40ft containers.
Client Requirements
To meet the client’s resort needs, they searched on Google for 2-bedroom, 1-living-room prefabricated homes that were both ready to use and comfortable, and also met EU CE certification. Our customized mobile home solution immediately piqued the client’s interest.
Learning that we were the original manufacturer and could meet the client’s delivery time while guaranteeing international quality, the client decided to cooperate with us.

Our Production Configuration
1. Main Frame – Welded + polished + pre-drilled; 75mm thick metal sandwich panels for exterior walls/partition walls/roof. 9005 color SPC stone-plastic flooring with magnesium oxide board base.
2. Doors & Windows – Aluminum alloy sliding windows + diamond mesh screens, thermally broken aluminum doors, two sets of aluminum-wood doors, frosted glass inward-opening bathroom door.
3. Configuration – Customer selected UV-001 color UV wall panels, equipped with toilet, marble recessed shower floor, storage mirror, washbasin, and floor drain next to the toilet.
4. Electrical Wiring – Recessed round lights, 220V voltage, custom-made switches and sockets according to Spanish standards, bathroom sockets with waterproof covers.
5. Drainage Piping – Custom-made hot and cold water pipes, drain pipes, and sewage pipes; plumbing diagrams designed according to customer requirements.
Project Summary For this project
With our Spanish client, we completed the customization of electrical and plumbing systems, building codes, and climate adaptability, including socket specifications and localized adjustments for waterproofing. We photographed each house to ensure production traceability.
Foldable transport reduces logistics costs. Before leaving the factory, we conduct comprehensive testing on waterproofing, electrical wiring, and structural strength. The customer can directly hoist and install the house, ensuring a safe and worry-free move-in.
Customer feedback
These are customer feedback photos of the house upon arrival and photos taken several months after use. Even in rainy and snowy weather, the house’s performance remains stable.
