Production Process

Completed in 5 core steps: Frame Welding → Metal Panel Assembly → Water & Electricity Pre-Embedding → Interior & Exterior Decoration → Function Test & Inspection

1. Cut, position and weld hot-dip galvanized square/rectangular tubes to form the chassis, wall frames, roof frames and retractable mechanisms.
2. Process color steel composite panels / aluminum panels / galvanized sheets, install roof and wall panels onto frames. Sloped roof design for efficient drainage.
3. Lay water and electrical pipelines before floor installation. Flexible hoses are used for turning sections, complying with local electrical standards. You only need to connect the main water supply and main power supply on site.
4. Interior finishing installation: ceiling, doors, windows, cabinets, sanitary ware, lamps, interior wall panels, floors and partitions. Trims or flexible sealant are filled at all joints.
5. Fully unfold the house → connect water and power supply → test all functions, then fold and restore it. Cover with protective film before loading and delivery.

Q: Can the expandable house be stacked for two floors?

A: Standard model supports 2-layer stacking. Contact us for customized reinforced thickened frame if you need 3-layer construction.

A: Bathrooms and kitchens are standard supporting areas for this expandable house. You may send us your preferred layout, we can customize exclusive cabinets and sanitary solutions.
