The folded height is 320mm, which is 12.8% of the original height (2500mm), or approximately 1/8 of the original size.
Production & Quality Control
We first weld galvanized steel strips into galvanized square tubes, then cut and weld the square tubes into the X-Type folding frame.
For critical components such as the folding supports and locking mechanisms, we ensure smooth opening and folding while maintaining strength that meets safety standards.
We then install the metal sandwich wall panels (available in white, wood grain, gray, camouflage, etc.), lay the electrical wiring, install the flooring, ceiling structure, and doors and windows.
Waterproof sealing is applied to all gaps. Finally, we conduct folding function testing to check whether folding and unfolding are smooth and safe, and whether any sticking or jamming occurs.
Factory Inspection
- Structural strength test: Checks wind resistance and seismic performance.
- Water spray test: Verifies waterproofing performance.
- Sealing inspection: Checks reserved water and electrical interfaces. Folding mechanism reliability test.
- Appearance inspection: Confirms no obvious scratches and a complete paint finish.
After passing inspection, the unit is wrapped in plastic film and arranged for factory dispatch and export.
