Production Process

Step 1 – Frame fabrication
Q235B hot-dipped galvanized square tubes are drilled and welded to make detachable frames.

Step 2 – Panel production
Use color steel sheets with thick paint film, combined with insulation core materials to make sandwich walls, roof panels and partition panels, with edge waterproofing treatment.

Step 3 – Electrical and plumbing pre-embedding
Electrical and plumbing installation, including conduit layout, water pipe layout, socket and switch installation. Pre-embedded in advance.

Step 4 – Factory pre-assembly inspection
Ensure bolts and holes align. Conduct lighting circuit testing, and check for defects in doors, windows, flooring, etc.

Step 5 – Disassembly and packing
Fully disassemble, stack steel frames, bundle wall panels, bundle doors and windows, and pack accessories into boxes.
