Detailed Structural Description

I. Wall System

1. Wall Structure

Utilizes a “sandwich” composite panel wall system.

• Outer Layer: Pre-coated galvanized/aluminized zinc color steel sheet, highly weather-resistant.
• Inner Layer: Clean interior panel, easy to clean and maintain.
• Core Material Options: EPS foam (lightweight insulation)/rock wool (Class A fireproof)/glass wool (thermal insulation).
• Standard Thickness: 75mm for exterior walls/roof, 50mm for interior wall panels.

2. Wall Colors

• Standard Colors: White, light gray, dark gray, brick red, and blue.
• Custom Colors: Can be customized according to customer-provided color swatches. Includes wood grain, grass grain, camouflage, etc.

II. Frame Structure

1. Main Frame

• Material: High-strength Q235B steel or Q345B high-strength steel.
• Key load-bearing components (top beam, bottom beam, corner columns) thickness of not less than 2.5mm.
• Overall structural design conforms to AISI standards. S100 standard, wind resistance up to level 10.

2. Surface Treatment

Utilizes a dual protection process of “hot-dip galvanizing + roller coating”.

• The galvanized layer effectively prevents the steel from rusting from the inside.
• The exterior is painted with an organic coating to further enhance weather resistance, making it suitable for high-salt, high-humidity coastal areas.

III. Flooring System

• Subbase: Fire-resistant MGO (magnesium oxide) board, fireproof, moisture-proof, and deformation-resistant.
• Load-bearing structure: The bottom layer is a light steel keel with strong load-bearing capacity.
