The entire cargo was loaded into one container. The customer has completed pickup and put the units into service, with highly positive feedback.
Client Profile
The client is a Saudi real estate developer undertaking an exhibition hall reception project. They intended to purchase two fully furnished prefabricated expandable houses for on-site client reception, temporary office work, and staff accommodation, with mandatory requirements of built-in independent bathrooms, full interior fit-outs, and immediate occupancy upon delivery.
The client discovered our company via Google. Following in-depth communications, we customized a 2-bedroom & 1-living room layout solution tailored to their demands. The units fully satisfy their current needs for exhibition receptions, daily office work, and staff lodging.
Additionally, the structures are detachable and relocatable, enabling reuse for future new projects, delivering outstanding practicality and cost performance.

Customized Solution Design
- High local ambient temperatures, especially in summer, drove our selection of heat-insulating and energy-saving wall & roof panels.
- Given frequent sandstorms in Saudi Arabia, we fitted IP54 dustproof & watertight sealed doors and windows.
- Saudi Arabia operates on a 230V/50Hz power supply with UK Type G sockets. We sized all wiring and electrical outlets to comply with local electrical standards.

- Wall Panels: 75mm high-density polyurethane sandwich panels as standard.
- Steel Frame: Full steel structure finished with a two-layer coating system – epoxy anti-rust primer plus black weather-resistant polyester powder electrostatic coating for superior UV resistance.
- Windows & Flooring: Double-glazed sound-insulating hollow windows installed throughout; anti-slip PVC flooring laid on all floors; exterior walls clad with premium metal carved decorative panels.
- Doors & Sanitary Ware: KFC-style commercial entrance door supplied; complete bathroom suites (wash basin, toilet, shower set) fitted inside each unit.
- Electrical Outlets: Standard UK sockets installed as primary fixtures, with 1–2 Chinese standard sockets reserved per unit for visiting international personnel. 6 outlet positions equipped for each expandable house.
On-Site Installation Instructions
Upon delivery to the site, the container can be unloaded using a forklift. Only two workers are required to pull out and secure the retractable wing panels on both sides. Pre-routed main water and electrical connection ports are pre-installed on each unit; clients only need to connect external utilities, with no additional internal wiring required.
